Reminder that my star reviews are solely based on food flavor but I will provide some extra info on other aspects of the visit.Overall, the food was just so so which is a star rating for me. We got the Chilcano tasting menu which was composed of multiple dishes throughout the night. I can't say any of it was memorable but none of it was bad. The dishes lacked significant flavor with the exception of the mashed potatoes. Now those were absolutely delicious. I don't believe I will be returning to the restaurant for future meals. I'm glad I tried it but it was disappointing. The service was pretty good. They seemed attentive when we needed a water or wine refill. And they cleared our plates quickly. The places itself is pretty swanky and could be nice for a quick drink but I would recommend going somewhere else for a meal. Again, stars is just ok. It is not bad food.

the food is ok but not amazing. very small portions & the burger is $ so it is very expensive. The chocolate cake was delicious.I went for brunch with friends and the bill without tip was $.the service was good but could be better with filling the drinks.I probably won't go again because it is very expensive for what you get.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies options.Wheelchair accessibility: Is is wheelchair accessible.

Thoroughly disappointed especially after having dined twice at Jose Andre's' The Bazaar in a month, at Jose Andre's' Jaleo also within the month.Tho food definitely needs some make-over. From the tasting menu of $ per person, the only decent dishes were: the sirloin and potatoes (French fries) bowl and the banana ice cream and mousse dessert. The ceviche dishes were way too acidic, there were a couple of dishes where the food was swimming in black bean sauce and sesame and chili oil, a combination which wasn't delicious. Even the dessert of caramel spirulina with fruit compote was overly sour.Service was okay. Decor seemed less classy or upscale (maybe that was the intent?) with pallets used as ceiling fixtures and bar made of plywood.

The atmosphere and service here are awesome. The music and layout keep you engaged while you wait for your meal, and the staff know the menu well. The portions are slightly smaller than what they should be for the price. The issue is the flavors. They start strong and fade fast. You taste what you’re hoping for but within seconds it’s gone. The spicy Szechuan dumplings for example start to heat up then stop and taste like water. The same goes for the shumai dumplings. You get the meat and herbs and as the flavor starts it drops.I enjoyed my kung pao chicken meal but it was a little burnt. My friend had the shrimp and it was ok too.The meal was ok. Same as it was when I ate there years ago. If there were no other options in the area I’d go back.
